Succeed 360 for Enhanced Team Leadership: Strategic Steps for Development

Step 1: Schedule a Free Discovery Call

Initiate your journey by booking a discovery call to determine if our 360 Assessment aligns with your organization's development needs.

Step 2: Customize the Assessment Scope

Select how many managers you wish to evaluate, tailoring the assessment to fit the size and scope of your leadership development goals.

Step 3: Manager Engagement

Each chosen manager will receive an email with a link to a form where they will:

  • Choose a minimum of 2 managers to participate in the assessment.

  • Choose a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 peers to participate in the assessment.

  • Choose a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 direct reports for feedback submission.

Step 4: Feedback Collection

All selected assessors (managers, peers, and direct reports) will receive an email providing access to our Assessment portal to anonymously evaluate the leadership skills of the manager.

Step 5: Self-Assessment

Concurrently, each manager will gain access to the Self-Assessment portal to reflect on and evaluate their own leadership skills.

Step 6: Leadership Profile Compilation

Once all feedback is collected, a comprehensive Leadership Profile will be created and made available to the manager or HR for detailed analysis.

Step 7: Development Plan Creation

We recommend partnering with a coach to perform an in-depth analysis of the Leadership Profile. Together, you can develop personalized growth plans for each manager, focusing on leveraging strengths and addressing areas for improvement to boost overall leadership effectiveness within your organization.
