Short bio:
After serving as an officer in the British Military on multiple operational tours, Jimmy held a variety of senior corporate roles culminating in a GM role running an 8 figure business in NZ.
Having seen leadership and team development delivered at variable standards, and having a true passion for communicating high performance and leadership concepts in an easy to understand way, he then founded his own virtual development business, helping driven leaders and teams learn how to change the game they are playing - high paced business.
Jimmy is recognized as a global expert and speaker in Explorational Leadership, and through his programs, he runs highly engaging workshops, masterminds and keynote sessions focused on helping leaders to think differently, to be better.
Jimmy has been an early adopter of the remote work mindset since early 2015, and has built his business offerings to be “virtual-first” to offer more flexibility and scalability for clients.
